RailNaija collects only the information needed to process your booking request: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, journey details, passenger numbers and preferences.

We use this information to review your request, prepare a quote and contact you about that request. We do not sell your data, and we do not collect passport numbers at the request stage.

When you go ahead with a booking, we share the necessary passenger details with the relevant railway operator to issue your ticket.

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.
